ByteBridge Terms of Service

By accessing and using the ByteBridge website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
All content published on ByteBridge, including articles, graphics, code snippets, and design, is the exclusive property of ByteBridge Studio or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
- Permitted Use: You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website for your own personal, non-commercial use.
- Prohibited Use: Reproduction, duplication, copying, selling, reselling, or exploiting any portion of the Service without express written permission is strictly prohibited. This includes using content for training AI models without explicit licensing.
2. User Comments and Interaction
The Service may allow you to post comments or other content ("User Content").
- Content Standards: User Content must not be illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable. Spam and promotional content is strictly forbidden.
- Rights Granted: By posting User Content, you grant ByteBridge a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
- Moderation: ByteBridge reserves the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, remove, or edit any User Content that violates these Terms without prior notification.
3. Rules of Conduct and Liability
Users are expected to interact respectfully and lawfully. You agree not to use the Service in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website.
- Accuracy of Information: Any code snippets or technical advice provided in articles are for informational purposes only. You must verify and test all code before use in a production environment.
- Liability: The Service is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, income, or profit.
4. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where ByteBridge Studio is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
